Muscle & fitness magazine is about anabolic steroids & other weight loss aids. It’s not about building muscle but rather burning fat, which is a major component of muscle fitness. I don’t think the cover of this particular issue does anything to encourage you to consume more protein. Their information is sound, but their tone is negative. They seem to delight in showing the dangers of consuming too much protein.
