BENEFITS & EFFECTIVENESS
The star ingredient here is glucomannan, which studies have found can reduce appetite with very few side effects. Studies have found 1 gram per day can be effective, but there are almost 2 grams in a day’s worth of Instant Knockout.
Caffeine is a pro and a con, here. It has a really strong link with fat oxidation and thermogenesis — as in it may increase the amount of calories you burn — however, not everybody wants 300 milligrams per day, which is about the same amount you’ll get in 3 small cups of coffee.
Other effective ingredients include cayenne pepper (which might increase thermogenesis and fat oxidation), green coffee extract (which might decrease the amount of calories you absorb), and green tea extract (which might help with fat oxidation). Note that the product doesn’t mention how much of the active ingredients are in the green tea (EGCG) or the green coffee (chlorogenic acid), so it’s hard to be certain of their effectiveness.

If you buy 3 bottles at once you get a fourth for free, which results in a cost of about $1.50 per day. If you’d rather get 1 bottle at time, it’s closer to $2 per day.
